The verification email did not arrive​

Check spam, confirm the entered address, and wait briefly before requesting another message. A received message proves delivery; a successful form submission alone does not.

The invitation says it belongs to another email​

Sign in with the exact address the invitation was sent to, or ask a household parent to issue a new invitation to your preferred address. Forwarding the old link does not change its intended recipient.

My entry is still pending​

Reconnect, keep Cozibud open, and check whether the pending marker clears. Before entering it again, inspect Events to avoid a duplicate.

A timer changed on another device​

Reload the current state. Cozibud can reject an outdated edit when another caregiver has already changed that timer.

My assistant disconnected​

Confirm you are signed in to the intended household, then repeat the supported connection flow. If access was revoked, it must be approved again. Do not share authorization codes or tokens with support.

Report a problem from the Android app​

Tap the feedback button on Log, Events, Summary, or Settings, or choose Report a problem in Settings. Choose a report type, describe what happened, and optionally attach one screenshot. Check the image before sending because it may show names or care records. Decide whether to include basic app diagnostics. After sending, keep the reference number shown in the app. The report is sent in the app, so an email program is not needed.

Shifts, Preferences (including notification settings), Log cards and watch pairing open inside the Android app. Add a baby, Household, Caregivers, Connected devices, Assistants & API, Sign-in & security and Your data open the signed-in web settings in your browser; sign in there if asked. Plan opens your plan in the browser already signed in. Android's back gesture returns to the previous app screen.

I cannot find a feature mentioned here​

The public guides are a preview and the deployed app can change independently. Use only visible controls and report the page, language and device where the mismatch appears.
