Invite caregivers and switch households
Household owners can invite another caregiver from Settings. Use the caregiver's intended email address when the invitation should be recipient-bound.
- Open Settings and find Caregivers.
- Create the invitation and share its link with the intended person. If email delivery is unconfirmed, the link remains available to copy.
- The recipient signs in or creates an account using the invited address, then explicitly accepts.
- Review the member list after acceptance.

Generating a new link invalidates the old one. Revoke an invitation or membership when access is no longer appropriate.
Names inside a household
Rename on a member row sets how that person appears to everyone in this household — "Mum", "Grandpa", "Night nanny". The name belongs to the household, not the account: the same person can be "Mum" at home and go by their own name in a family they work for. Owners can rename any member; caregivers and viewers can rename themselves. Leave the field blank to fall back to the account name.
Multiple households
If your account belongs to more than one household, use the household selector in Settings. Confirm the household name before recording care; switching changes which children and records you see.

Expected result: accepted caregivers appear in the household, with the role shown in Settings.
