Use Cozibud on Apple Watch
The Apple Watch app is being tested. This guide applies to a matching iPhone and Watch test build; it does not announce an App Store release. Watch voice is a separate Wear OS feature.
Connect and record
- Install the matching Cozibud test apps on your paired iPhone and Watch.
- Open Cozibud on the iPhone, sign in and select the child. Open Cozibud on the Watch and check the name before recording.
- In Log, start nursing, sleep or pumping. Choose a side where shown. For a nappy, choose the type, review it and tap Save.
Use Pause to hold a timer and the resume control to continue. Nursing and sleep can be saved on the Watch. Finish a pump on the iPhone to enter its output.
Leave a timer running
Tap the back arrow to return to Log, then tap the colored timer card to reopen the timer. Neither action pauses it. Press the Digital Crown to return to the watch face; reopen Cozibud to check the timer.
Add a widget
From the watch face, turn the Digital Crown to open the Smart Stack. Touch and hold the stack, choose Add, and select Cozibud. For a complication, touch and hold a compatible watch face, choose Edit, then select Cozibud in a complication slot. Tap the care widget to open the timer; with no active timer it opens Log. Widget refresh timing is controlled by watchOS.
Sync and accessibility
Keep the paired iPhone nearby and open Cozibud there if the Watch is waiting to sync. Offline taps remain queued; a local saved message does not confirm a server save. Check the record on the iPhone after reconnecting. For a changed profile or unavailable controls, check the selected child and sign-in on the phone before trying again. Do not repeat a save merely because confirmation is delayed.
Use the Watch’s Text Size and VoiceOver settings for reading and spoken controls. Physical-device background, accessibility and widget acceptance are still under review.
